Our phyllo pastry is perfect for making beautiful, delicate deserts. Phyllo is often used in traditional Greek, Turkish and north African dishes.
PUFF PASTRY ROLLS
Roll of paper thin phyllo pastry. Ideal for pastries and traditional Greek deserts such as baklava.
Preparation Instructions:
Allow pastry roll (sealed in its plastic sleeve) to defrost in the fridge over night. From your desired dish brushing each layer of pastry with melted butter. Average baking temperature is between 160 C and 180 C. ( baking times may vary from oven to oven and size of dish).
