Our rissoles are made the traditional Portuguese way, then frozen to lock in the goodness.

PRAWN RISSOLES
Preparation Instructions:
Deep fry rissoles in hot oil from frozen for approximately 3 - 4 minutes. After placing the rissoles in hot oil allow them to fry untouched for 20 seconds giving them time to develop a crispy shell. Then turn them regularly in the oil to give them an even golden colour. Take care not to fry too long as the pressure in the rissole will cause them to burst. Do not bake.

Preheat oven to 180 C. Egg wash the pie and bake from frozen. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes ( baking times may vary from oven to oven).
